No. Your service will never be interrupted. The subscription renews automatically every month, and if you exceed the plan's included AI Answers you will be charged based on the plan's overage price.

What is an "AI Answer"?

An AI Answer refers to the response the AI assistant generates for a user's prompt and is our main unit of billing. Every plan includes a certain number of AI Answers per month, and if you exceed that number you will be charged for additional answers at the plan's overage rate.

Are there extra charges for connecting my store or social media accounts?

Generally no, except for Shopify. Most of the platforms we support are free to connect with no extra charge, with the exception of Shopify. Connecting a Shopify store incurs an additional $19 per month, per store, paid directly in the Shopify app store, to reflect extra costs we have for supporting Shopify.

Yes. We offer volume discounts for businesses that require a large number of AI Answers per month. If you expect to have higher usage than our standard plans cover, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your needs. Note that additional plans will become available to you after you register and subscribe to the basic plan, so make sure to check them out first.

Does it really take 10 minutes to go live?

Yes. The AI Assistant connects directly to your website, store and social media accounts. The connection process is simple and takes only a few minutes to complete. You can start using the AI Assistant immediately after connecting your accounts.

Is my information used to train the AI?

Your information is used to train YOUR AI Assistant only. It is not used to train any other AI Assistants, and it is not shared with any other parties. Your information is kept private and secure. If you ever cancel your subscription and delete your account, all of your information is deleted from our systems and is not retained in any way.

We follow industry best practices for data security, including, among other things, full data encryption in transit and at rest.
